Return Policy
We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return policy for our fur apparel. You will be provided a full refund, less shipping and insurance costs.
The return MUST be authorized via email prior to shipping for a refund. Returned garments must be returned by by US Mail, UPS, US Global Express International or FedEX insured with signed receipt required.  You must email us for an authorization prior to returning the fur apparrel to us. Returns sent without an authorization will be denied.
All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent and be postmarked within three (3) business days after receipt.  Garments must be returned unworn and in the same condition they were sold. All refunds will be provided subject to our inspection. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
